CRM reports

Finally, check the quality of sales team by:

• assessing the average time taken to respond to a customer request;

• determining the number of prospects created by salesperson.

Step 1: CRM Dashboard

The following is the default reports which will be displayed in the CRM Dashboard. You can change the way the Graph is displayed by clicking on any options in Graph Mode, Legend or Actions.

Step 2: Check CRM Reporting

Amongst the various CRM reports available in Reporting, find:

• The delay to close an opportunity;

• The lead/opportunities by salesperson.
